It was a surreal experience having my work hung up. Especially because I have never framed my work before and- this may be surprising- I don't and never have had my work up in my home. I just never liked it long enough to justify having it hanging around. :) However, this show inspired a flood of new work that I am smitten with even now. And it was wonderful to share it.

This was an evening filled with decadence and bliss. And many of my pieces sold, which I am very excited about. This whole art show thing - putting myself out there - could get addicting. Once you take your work and put it out into the world, inspiration follows.
